These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can visit and use our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. This is a web site providing information free of charge.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to 24/7 Airport Express . Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of SAMIF LTD. You may not distribute, modify or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.


You must be over 16 years of age.
* Customer must allow sufficient time when booking taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline or authority and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. 24/7 Airport Express shall not be responsible for any delay caused by customer’s failure or if passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
* Customer must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage. 24/7 Airport Express cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that infant/child counts as one passenger.
* 24/7 Airport Express is unable to carry animals, with the exception of guide dogs, without prior agreement.

Prices and Payment:

Customers will be provided with a price quotation that is based on the information you are asked to supply. 24/7 Airport Express may amend this quotation if any of this information changes.
The quotation will include a free waiting period after the advertised landing time and the cost of car parking. 24/7 Airport Express will charge for waiting at its standard rates after the initial (30 to 60 minute) free period has expired. 24/7 Airport Express will endeavor to check for flight delays before the driver leaves for the airport but shall be under no obligation to do so. After the agreed collection time customer be charged at £20.00 per hour, charged at 15 minute intervals.

If you elect to accept the price quotation you are given for an airport collection or take down, you will receive an email confirming your booking. You are responsible for checking this email to make sure the information it contains is correct. 24/7 Airport Express will not be held responsible for any delays caused or costs arisen as a result of your failure to provide 24/7 Airport Express with the correct details that are needed to facilitate the booking.
Bookings for airport drop-offs may be paid for either in cash, PayPal, by credit card or by debit card. There is a 5% percent price charge on card payments, and 10% percent price charge if you pay with an American Express card.
Bookings for any pickup outside Cambridge must be paid for in advance (that is, at the time you make the booking) and may be paid for by card or PayPal.

The Service:

You shall be responsible for the behavior of all the passengers in the vehicle during the journey. You will be charged £80 to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger.
Eating, drinking or smoking in the taxis are not permitted.
UK law states that taxis are exempt from legislation relating to children travelling in a baby/child seat or booster. All children travelling during the journey should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight and height. Suitable child seats should wherever possible be supplied and fitted by the child’s parents. Such seats may be retained by the driver for use on the return journey. 24/7 Airport Express will not carry more passengers than its insurance or licensing allows. If you are booking a return journey and have your own child seat, the driver who carries out your booking will store your child seat for the return journey, please note that the installation of the child seat must be carried out by you.


Adverse traffic conditions and other incidents beyond our control may cause delays. We will always inform you of the current status if you contact us.


If for any reason we are unable to supply the exact vehicle ordered we will upgrade to the next available vehicle size or provide a suitable alternative to accommodate you.


* 24/7 Airport Express shall use all reasonable endeavors to get you to your destination on time, but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey.
* Under no circumstances shall 24/7 Airport Express be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of business, profit or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever.
* All luggage must be carried entirely at customer’s risk.
* 24/7 Airport Express shall be entitled to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather or terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control. If the car breaks down during your journey 24/7 Airport Express will endeavor to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as possible.
* You shall indemnify 24/7 Airport Express against all losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any act or omission of any passenger in your party.
* Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful default or fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise in any manner unenforceable by any applicable law.


Insurance is purchased by 24/7 Airport Express in accordance with our legal responsibility. All legal liabilities to third parties to include damaged property and personal injury are covered. Our maximum liability to you for loss or damage to luggage is limited to £500.00 in total. There is no insurance cover provided for loss, damage or injury where 24/7 Airport Express has not been negligent.

You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. 24/7 Airport Express will store, process and use all information regarding your personal details in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. This Agreement and any accompanying price quotation represent the entire agreement between you and 24/7 Airport Express in relation to its subject matter. If there is any discrepancy between the terms of this Agreement and the quotation, then the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer any benefit on any third party, whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise, and no third party shall have the right to enforce any rights under this Agreement except where otherwise agreed in writing.


This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with English law, and you and 24/7 Airport Express each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Exclusions of liability:

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these Terms and Conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of 24/7 Airport Express or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. 24/7 Airport Express accepts no liability whatsoever for your late arrival or missing a flight or connection whatever the circumstance.

Law, jurisdiction and language:

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Cancellation right:

Cancellations will be subject to a 5% administration fee, which will be deducted from any refund, if more than 24 hours notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be payable in full. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact 24/7 Airport Express on 01223 247 247 as soon as possible. If you cancel a booking after the vehicle has been dispatched then full charge may be incurred, the charge will be based on the distance/time that the allocated driver has travelled/spent prior to the point of cancellation. As a general rule journeys from airports are dispatched up to two hours before flight arrival, journeys within the surrounding area of Cambridge are normally dispatched up to thirty minutes before due time.

Payment and Refunds:

Your payment is processed over a secure connection by PayPal, one of leading payment service providers. To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. We will call you during our normal opening hours to confirm we have sufficient capacity to handle your request.
In the event that any payment is to be refunded 24/7 Airport Express will make the refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made within 48 hours.
If for any reason the payment cannot be made back to the originating card for reasons outside our control a cheque refund will be made to the named cardholder only.
Changes can be made up to 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time by calling us on 01223247247.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your legal rights.
